After hosting a similar sale last month, Flipkart is back with its Grand Gadget Days. The sale kicks off today, that is July 24, and will go on till July 26. As the name suggests, the e-commerce platform is offering some great deals during this period on a wide range of gadgets. Roughly, if we categorize the products on sale, we can group them as laptops, tablets, cameras, headphones and speakers, and grooming products. From Apple MacBook Air to Portronics speakers, here’s taking a look at some of the best deals at the Grand Gadgets Days.
Laptops
So if we look at the laptops on offer, while the 13.3-inch Apple MacBook Air only got a Rs 2,000 discount, there are better deals on other brands like the ASUS ROG Gaming laptops. You can even exchange your older laptop at the time of purchasing a new ASUS ROG laptop, and get up to Rs 15,000 off. Laptops under the Microsoft Surface series also offer up to Rs 10,000 discount on exchange. Premium range laptops by HP, Dell and Lenovo have an exchange offer of up to Rs 20,000. Tablets
Also on offer with some great deals are tablets. In fact, on much better offer as compared to laptops. Flipkart has tablets in all price categories on sale with discounts, no cost EMI options, and other offers applicable.
For instance, Lenovo Phab 2 Pro (64GB), which is originally priced at Rs 30,000, is available at Rs 24,999, in addition to no cost EMI option. The highlight of the Lenovo Phab 2 Pro was being the world’s first Project Tango enabled device. There are all marginal discounts on other Lenovo phablets.
There are also some considerable offers on the 9.7-inch Apple iPad (32GB), which is now available at a 10 percent discount, bringing the price down from Rs 28,900, to Rs 25,900. Flipkart calls this a “special discount,” that is exclusive to the platform. The other iPad variants also have some discounts, but they are too marginal to mention. Cameras
Flipkart is also offering some interesting deals on cameras, wherein a Nikon D330 is down from Rs 44,950 to Rs 35,999, with additional discounts for Axis Bank customers, and EMI options. A Canon EOS 700D is down from Rs 44,995 to Rs 39,499, in addition to free Moto headphones worth Rs 6,999 with it.
Headphones and speakers
The Grand Gadgets Days is also offering discounts on audio products, and probably these are the most prominent ones. Under the offer, the JBL Go speakers are available at a 25 percent discount. From its earlier price of Rs 3,490 the speakers are now available on Flipkart for Rs 2,585. JBL T250SI Wired Headphones, which are otherwise priced at Rs 2,499, are available for Rs 899 under the offer.
Also on offer are SkullCandy products, with up to 50 percent discount. For example, the Skullcandy S5LHZ-J576 Anti Headphones are down from Rs 1,999 to Rs 999 now. Skullcandy S2pghw-521 Wireless Bluetooth Headphones, which were earlier available at Rs 5,299, are now priced at Rs 3,899. Bank offer
Additionally, Flipkart is also offering an additional discount for Axis Bank customers, who can avail an over head discount of five percent during the sale period on any product sold on the platform. Buyers can get an extra five percent off on purchase with Netbanking, Debit and Credit Card. However, there is cap on the discount with a maximum of Rs 1,500. Flipkart is also offering various EMI options to convert those big purchases in small monthly installments.
