iPad Pro 2 is said to commence production in the last quarter of this year. It is also expected that the iPad Pro successor will be released in the market by March 2017 and may roll out in 9.7in, 10.5in and 12.9in options.
Following iPad Pro 2’s missing status during the September event of Apple, which launched the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7S along with the Apple Watch Series 2, reports claim that the iPad Pro 2 will strongly resemble the recently released iPhone 7 in its design. Furthermore, the device is expected to roll out with a faster processing capacity as well as a lighter and slimmer design with possibilities of an improved scroll, pan and zoom functions.
The iPad Pro 2 series is also said to feature a 12MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. The upcoming device is also said to include dual lens technology. If rumors are true, the iPad Pro 2 will come out with more durability and water-resistant
Moreover, it is also believed that the iPad Pro 2 will roll out sans the 3.5mm headphone port as Apple already did in the iPhone 7, Techtastic reported. The device is also slated to have a smart keyboard which will allow users to connect to keyboards. Additionally, the Apple Pencil will also be included for ease of use.
Meanwhile, the iPad Pro 2 is slated to include the upcoming A10X chip. The A10X benchmark results reportedly showed results of 4,236 for the single-core test and 6,588 for the multi-core test. On the other hand, the A10 installed in the iPhone 7 posted 3,490 for the single-core and 5,580 for the multi-core category, Mac Rumors reported.
The iPad Pro 2 is also rumored to be released in the awaited October event of the Cupertino-based company. The event is also said to be the venue for the release of the Macbook Pro 2016. However, other reports claim that the iPad Pro 2 will be released in February 2017.
