Two charged in thefts of TV, computer system from Chautauqua Lake resort

MAYVILLE – Two men have been charged in the theft of a TV and computer system Sunday from the lobby of Webb’s resort on West Lake Road, Chautauqua Lake.

Charges against Vildan Lazari, 32, of Rockaway, and P.V. Petit Claire, 28, Cambria Heights, include petit larceny, criminal trespass, criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Summoned to the resort, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies reported they recovered the stolen items and also discovered drugs on the suspects, who were remanded to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail each following arraignment in Chautauqua Town Court.
